Legrande Properties Development Company Limited was incorporated in 2014. The company was established to carry out business as builders and building contractors, to engage in construction, repairs, architecture, and alteration of buildings and structures of all kinds. Also, to contract for and undertake the supply of materials and labor for construction and related works.
As a result of our high-level competence, We have enjoyed providing services for the Federal, State, and Local Governments, in addition to private organizations and individuals.
Responsibility
We pride ourselves in quality, affordable, well laid out building structures and constructions, matching with global advancements and innovations. Over the last 10years, we have successfully completed ten (10) estates, with proper
facility and estate management, with over 400 home owners. We currently have two (2) ongoing projects.
